• Paying bills (electric, phone/Internet, cable TV, etc.)
• Arranging for any routine home maintenance
• Making reservations for travel, sports activities, restaurants, car rentals, etc.
• Maid service, pool cleaning, landscape and property maintenance are also included in monthly maintenance fee
