I grew up in Roxas City and u just need to meet the right people to have a good time, whereever you are in Roxas. To some it seems like so boring as the city doesn't have much night life to offer.. and you may end up being annoyed by some asshole "lasings" in some of the clubs.

Seafoods are one of the many good things the city is bountiful of. Dude, nothing compares to the seafood of roxas.
Whenever i get bored, get in your car and drive to iloilo or to baracay for a relaxing weekend. Or rather cross to Bacolod and party all night, again, you just need to meet the right kind of people that has the same gimmicks as you do.

Hang out to some of the coffee shops around the mall and meet people, don't get intimidated by them, They're ussually very friendly...
