It aims to BE THE MARKET LEADER IN QUALITY SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN THE PROVINCE OF CAPIZ (VISION) THROUGH SUSTAINABLE URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR SUSTAINED FAMILY LIVELIHOOD.

It has finished developing the Phase 1 and 2 of SARVI; now it is developing the San Antonio Resort in Baybay, Puente Acuña in Rizal St. and St. Ignatius Valley in Lawaan. Its future projects include Villa Grande in Bago, Panay and the San Antonio Executive Homes, a townhouse development and simple subdivision in Banica
